投稿須知：
一、投稿人資格需為國內外大專院校相關領域教師、研究生，但謝絕已在其他研討會發表過之論文重覆投稿，發表之論文不代表本會立場，文責由作者自負。
二、請於
2008年5月30日（週）前寄出約五百字篇幅的摘要（格式如附件），並請註明聯絡方式。來稿請以
Microsoft Word檔案格式寄至中國政治學會之電子信箱：
capstaipei@gmail.com。
三、投稿內容中文、英文皆可。本會收到稿件後將主動回覆投稿人已接獲信件，或可於週三至週五來電（02）81705125轉6715，王智樺祕書（行動電話：0968-987-455）洽詢。
四、本會至遲將於2008年6月三十日（週六）前通知（含書面、電話、電子郵件）投稿人審查結果與發表相關規定（如注釋體例、會議規則等）。論文全文截稿日期為2008年9月10日（週），全文繳交時英文論文全文以不超過一萬字、中文論文以不超過二萬字為原則。如因延遲繳交影響學術研討會作業時，由發表人自行負責，必要時本會有權取消發表資格。
五、獲錄取之論文發表人請於徵選結果公佈之後，需依相關規定繳交本會會員年費（非會員可選擇加入會員或繳交註冊費：教師500元，學生300元）。
六、論文發表後亦竭誠歡迎投稿本會編輯出版之《政治學報》（國科會
TSSCI期刊），惟僅接受中文稿件。來稿以不超過兩萬字為原則，除打字列印稿外，務請附上電子檔案，且使用

Call for Papers
Paper proposal submissions are invited for the Annual Conference of Chinese Association of Political Science (CAPS) in 2007.Proposals are invited which address the following three themes:
I. Constitutional Structure and Transformation
(1)political party and electoral system;
(2)constitution and democracy;
(3)comparative government and politics;
(4)new institutionalism and methodology; and,
(5)building of international system.
II. Deepening Democratic Governance
(1)democratic theory and reality;
(2)democratic transition and democratization;
(3)governmental operation and management of government;
(4)non-government organization and civil society; and,
(5)globalization and global governance.
III. Constructing Political Order
(1)building and maintaining of political order;
(2)freedom of speech and social order;
(3)order, measurement of modernization and foreign experiences;
(4)absolute and relative order; and,
(5)international order.
Other issues concerning political philosophy, public policy and administration, international relations, cross-strait relationship, China studies and so on are all welcomed.? Papers can be written and presented in either English or Chinese.
Submission Process
Please e-mail your abstract with around 500 words (using the form of abstract submission) to capstaipei@gmail.com (as a Microsoft Word file) before 31 May, 2008. Authors will be notified of the outcome of their submission by 30 June, 2008. The deadline of the full text submission is 10 September, 2008. The length of the paper in principle should be no more than 10,000 words in English or no more than 20,000 words in Chinese. A paper giver should be a teaching staff or a post-graduate student in any university/college. And the paper should not have been presented in other conferences. Paper givers would take the sole responsibility for any effect of their presentation.
Registration Fee
The CAPS members are exempt from the registration fee. The registration fees of the non-members are respectively NT$500 for teachers and NT$300 for students (Or registered as a CAPS member, charging a membership fee.)
